We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.

Here’s how you can return or exchange your order:

• You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges. Simply click on this link Returns & Exchange. Return shipping is free of cost and will be arranged by us. 
• In case your pin-code is not-serviceable at the time of request, you'll have to self-ship the order to us. The amount for which will be credited against your order. 

All items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.

1. Please note that products brought with gift cards and items that are already exchanged once are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

2. Product titled FS ( Finale Sale) are not eligible for return or exchange,
